Tips for using your WPS online customer account

Health insurance can be complicated, even intimidating.That’s why we’ve tried to make as user-friendly as possible. You shouldn’t have to be Indiana Jones to dig up the information you’re looking for.

First things first: to access your account, you’ll need to log in through our customer portal. Just click the Login button, opening a dropdown mneu. Enter your information, and you’re in. If you still need to register for your online account, this tip sheet can step you through.

But what you need to know is how to find the specific information you want. And you don’t even need to be logged in to your account to do that.

Your go-to source

Have a question about anything regarding your online account? You’re likely to find the answer in our Customer Resources section. It is your go-to source, starting with this helpful Registering for Your Customer Account tip sheet on how to use the customer portal. You can find out more about general topics, like what common health insurance terms mean, how to choose a doctor, or how to get the most from your coverage. You can also find more specific information, like how to view your Explanation of Benefits (EOB), or a list of drugs included in your plan. And much, much more.

You can easily access Customer Resources from anywhere on Choose Resources from the menu that runs across the top of your screen. From the drop-down menu, click one of the four options listed under Customer Resources:

  • My Account Information
  • My Benefits
  • FAQs
  • Wellness

You can also access these resources from the Customers page. Just click one of the quick links on the right side of the page.

My Account Information is where to go if you want to know about:

  • Eligibility and Benefits
  • Finding Your Summary of Benefits and Coverage (SBC)
  • Forms and Documents
  • ID Cards
  • Payments
  • Pharmacy Information
  • Registering/Logging In
  • And More!

Forms and Documents is a particularly useful page of information. Under the General Information drop-down menu, you’ll find tip sheets for viewing Summary of Benefits, EOBs, claims, and more!

My Benefits is where you can learn more about—you guessed it—the benefits that come with your WPS Health Insurance plan. It’s a great place to find out about things like:

  • Telehealth services
  • Hospitalization
  • Dental
  • Pharmacy
  • Vision
  • Health management
  • Preventive services

A Frequently Asked Questions section is necessary on a health insurance site. Our FAQs include these topics and many more:

  • Eligibility and benefits
  • Doctors in your network
  • Drugs that are covered
  • How to fill or renew prescriptions
  • Privacy information
  • Your rights
  • Value-added services, like fitness programs

Our Wellness section allows you to research different health topics, or read up on topics like wellness and prevention, stages of life, and a lot more. The Premium Payments page allows you to set up automated payments so you never miss a payment again.
