For the fifth year in a row, WPS has been recognized by the Ethisphere® Institute as one of the World’s Most Ethical Companies for 2014.
This prestigious recognition showcases organizations that continue to raise the bar on ethical leadership and corporate behavior.
A total of 144 companies made the list this year, and WPS is the only health insurance company in the world to receive this recognition five times.
How it works
The World’s Most Ethical Company assessment is based upon the Ethisphere Institute’s Ethics Quotient™ framework, which grades companies based on scores in five key categories: ethics and compliance program (25%); reputation, leadership and innovation (20%); governance (10%); corporate citizenship and responsibility (25%); and culture of ethics (20%).

This is the term used to describe the rules, regulations, and structure that WPS abides by on a daily basis. We work hard to provide services to you responsibly and transparently. We have a mandated way of conducting business and caring for our members. Since we follow these procedures every day, it’s second nature for us to do the right thing.
