How to sneak in more fruits and vegetables

As I scoured my house looking for junk food last night, I couldn’t find any, so I was forced to eat an orange. It didn’t really have that sweet or salty factor that I was searching for, but it did have another factor—the healthy factor. At first, my brain was puzzled. What’s this? Something healthy?
